A must visit when in Hawkes Bay

Go on... say it twice with me 😏. I was awestruck finding it no longer a lonely sign on the side of the road. The community & iwi had pulled together making a complete carpark(full of cars), toilets, camping area, refreshments and a history tour to the real site at the top of the hill
It was so great seeing 37 tourists stop and do much more than get a selfie

Google is calling it the Goat Horn Cafe, which I don't know why it's doing that..I can't figure it out.

It's been a work in progress since December and I'm now happy to have it public. I have tried my best to make sure it's all correct and working properly.
There will be more to be added to it in the future. This is made by me, Josh so it's not a professional job so it's not perfect.

The website's place is so you can more easily find access to our Food menus & Drinks menu. Plus our contact details. Along with photos of what homemade items we have to offer. Along with a gallery of memorable moments.

I'm sorry if I over hyped it in the post last week and people were expecting greater things.
But we never know what the future holds for the growing town of Waipawa.

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜: Please take extra care turning back onto SH2. Visibility can be limited at the Drumpeel Road exit, and traffic can move quickly. Leave in small gaps, check both ways, and be patient.

If you’re heading north, the safer option is to turn left out of Drumpeel Road, travel to the Ōtāne junction, and turn around there to head north again.
