We can accommodate up to 150 people, offering a convenient, comfortable and affordable base.

Borland Lodge is set against New Zealands largest Nation Park and is adjacent to walking tracks of various lengths, pond, river and lake for kayaking, Indoor and natural outdoor climbing walls. There is ample scope for activitys that include, bivy making, eeling, burma trail, caving, night drop, fire pit, team building but to name a few.

A little walk for little legs.

What a privilege it is for us to welcome so many kids on school camps or visiting with families who will know the joy of adventures just outside the door. 🏕

Out here, the mountains, rivers and fresh air become the best playground. A space to imagine, learn and make memories. ✨️

The Te Anau Scouts were braving the elements over the weekend and making the most of our beautiful backyard 😍

The bridge on the Nature walk hasn't been replaced just yet but it is still a magic little walk with plenty to explore 🚶‍♂️

Spring has definitely been keeping us on our toes with all this rain! ☔ Lake Monowai is certainly high today.

Luckily, summer will be here before we know it. 🌿☀️

🚧 A little heads-up for anyone heading our way over the next few weeks 🚧

With work planned for the replacement of the Monowai River Bridge, there may be some disruption to travel heading our way. There will be a temporary bridge diversion before demo starts so you'll still be able to get to us!
