Blue Duck Station Conservation Hunting Weekend

Do you know someone (or are YOU someone?) who would jump at the chance to learn hunting, conservation, and life on the land?

Entries are now OPEN for the Blue Duck Station Conservation Hunting Weekend, a fully hosted three-night experience for one lucky person.

This could be perfect for a young adventurer, someone keen to learn how to hunt to help feed their family, or someone who wants to get out and learn practical outdoor skills.

The winner will stay at Blue Duck Station, enjoy catered meals, head into the hills with experienced hunting guides, and learn about conservation, pest control, farming, and life on the land.

No hunting experience is needed, just a love for the outdoors and a willingness to learn.

✔️ Hands-on learning with the Blue Duck conservation team

Entrants must be at least 10 years old. Winners under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pretty special having the crew from Whio Forever down to see what’s happening on the ground (and on the river) here at Blue Duck Station. Watching whio doing their thing on the Whanganui River never gets old... a solid reminder that when conservation comes first, the results speak for themselves.
