If you've ever arrived and been greeted with a one-liner you didn't see coming, that was probably Evan. He's the kind of person who makes the check-in feel less like admin and more like catching up with a mate.

🐾 The Great Staffy Sleepover is coming to the Bay of Islands Holiday Park!

Saturday 12th September.

Inspired by our very own Elvis, we're throwing open the gates for a full day of tail-wagging, costume-wearing, trick-showing fun!

Think agility courses, doggy treats, and lots of prizes.

Entry is $20 per dog, and every single dollar goes straight to Bay of Islands Animal Rescue 💚

Bay of Islands Animal Rescue will also be joining us as guest judge, alongside local vets and pet food suppliers.

Want to make a weekend of it? Book directly with us for special cabin and site packages for you and your pup.

This one's for the Staffy lovers, the dog show dreamers, and anyone who thinks their dog deserves a proper day out. See you there! 🐶

Exciting news! 🤩🎉

We have been named one of the Top 3 finalists for the 2026 Holiday Parks New Zealand Medium Park Improvement Award!

Over the past couple of years, our park has continued to grow and evolve, with improvements made every step of the way.

- New Pergola
- Upgraded Bathrooms
- Upgraded Cabins

Seeing those efforts recognised on a national level is something we're incredibly proud of.

This achievement wouldn't be possible without our wonderful team and the incredible guests who choose to stay with us and support us along the way. Thank you for being part of our journey 💚
