Our Story
The Pickled Parrot is a small boutique style backpackers and is located in a subtropical hideaway, yet only minutes walk from the Paihia Beach & town centre. We have recently taken over the Pickled Parrot and its now a owner operated family business, we are the 2nd & 3rd generation of hostel operators, working together to provide you with a relaxed, tranquil and chilled environment . We are defiantly not a party place and have a quiet policy after 10pm and although we are close to the action, we take refuge in being nestled amongst trees and green space.
Check out our web page to view our range of double/twin rooms and 2, 4 & 6 dorm accommodation. All rooms have linen provided and we offer free Wifi.
