A pretty exciting Monday here at Braemar as the Effort Construction crew roll in and we officially cross the halfway point of our full complex renovation.

Today, work begins on our next four units:

Two One-Bedroom Units
One new King Studio
One refurbished Standard Studio

It’s incredibly rewarding to look back at how far Braemar has come — and even more exciting to see the transformation continue.
