💙 This is why we love what we do.

One of our regular corporate guests recently changed companies, but when work brought him back to Palmerston North, there was one thing that didn’t change — where he wanted to stay.

He came back to City Corporate, and we even managed to get him into his old room again!

Then, after checking out, we found this handwritten note:

“Thank you for the hospitality. I loved the chocolate, made my munchies before bed. Now, I’m claiming the 807 mine! See you next time.”

We think Room 807 may officially have an owner now! 😄

Changing companies is one thing. Changing your favourite place to stay in Palmy? Apparently, that's a step too far.

"Communication was 10/10. I was travelling solo for a weekend away and emailed to let the lovely owner know our bus was running late as the last check-in was 8:30pm. I explained it was my first time visiting Palmerston North, I was on my own, it was freezing on the InterCity bus and the weather had turned really rough.

She replied thanking me for letting her know and said she had turned the heating on in my unit so it would be nice, warm and cosy when I arrived. It made my entire weekend stay that much more comfortable and was the absolute highlight of my weekend."
