Watling Flats circa 2014 before the Purchase and Restoration Project started by Kathy and Owen Jarrett in 2015.

This block of flats was built in 1945 for Mrs R E Port by Bodell and Company builders. The original plans show the block as being named 'Sunny Court Flats'
Upon Completion the building was named Watling Flats.

What a year it has been, many stops and starts but we have been busy trying to finish Apartment 1 at the Manor, we also rebuilt the Gabion fence after a young man went through it.

The writing is literally on the Wall. The team at Awesome Art Ltd designed the branding and handpainted the new text to the top of the building.
