As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to share with you some important information about the steps we’re taking to minimise the risk of exposure in our local communities.
Our greatest priority at this time is the health and safety of all our team members and you, our valued customers.
We’re taking extra steps to ensure our motel are clean, hygienic environments for everyone. These measures include increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation in the motel, and providing complimentary hand sanitiser in the reception.
We are actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Ministry of Health. We are also ensuring our team is supported with clear health and hygiene protocols, as well as providing the information and support all team members need to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason. We are happy to offer non-contact check in and check out process for our valued customers upon request.
At Broadway Motel, we remain committed to supporting all team members and customers throughout this time. New Zealand is a special and unique community and we are truly in this together. By caring for one another and taking an active and controlled response to this unprecedented threat we face from COVID-19 we will jointly come through this closer, stronger and more resilient.
