Jasmine Court Motel Covid19 Precautions
Kia ora
Our first priority remains the health and safety of all our guests, employees, contractors and the wider community by minimising the risk of exposure to the Coronavirus. As we move into Level 2, we would like to share with you what we have been doing throughout and will continue doing to ensure the health and safety of all those on our premises safe.
Jasmine Court Motel has a high standard of cleanliness and we’re taking extra steps to ensure our motel is a clean, hygienic environment for all. These additional measures include a higher frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-contact surfaces in the motel (reception desk, door handles, railings, buttons, TV remotes, toilets, taps, etc.). Before using the EFTPOS machine staff and guest sanitise their hands and the machine is then also sanitised after every transaction.
We have a computer-based record system keeping to facilitate rapid contact tracing should this ever be required.
We have precautionary measures to ensure safe distancing and to limit the number of guests checking in at reception.
We are able to offer a completely contactless check-in and check-out on request.
We are actively following all health advice issued by the Ministry of Health. We are also ensuring our employees have clear health and hygiene protocols and appropriate PPE. We have adjusted our Housekeeping starting times so that our employees never come into contact with guests and have one Housekeeper per room to limit their exposure to one another.
Thank you to all our loyal customers for your continued support. New Zealand is a special and unique community and we are truly in this together. By caring for one another and taking an active and controlled response to this unprecedented threat we face from COVID-19, we will jointly come through this closer, stronger and more resilient.
