Well… we’ve made it — what a huge job it’s been!
I believe I’ve managed to thank everyone, but if I’ve accidentally missed someone or something, please don’t hesitate to let me know. It’s incredibly important to me that every contribution is recognised and appreciated.
And now, one final big shout-out to everyone who pitched in — whether you helped in the kitchen, with setup, table service, dishes, or clean-up — your support meant that every dollar raised could go directly to charity. That’s something we can all be proud of.

A heartfelt thanks to Brett Brett Ashworth for keeping a running record of the auction items and totals during the live auctions — this made such a difference in keeping everything on track as we went. We really appreciated your help, Brett.
To Ali Ordish McHugh and Ann Anne Price thank you for your wonderful work on the bejewelled bras and raffles, and for covering the costs of the auction booklets that were on the tables.
And finally, a huge thanks to Mark and Sara Davidson from Beach Rentals for donating the use of their marquee — and for taking the time to set it up and pack it down. No easy feat at all!

As I come to a close to recognise the enormous support for our X3 fundraiser, I can’t help but reflect three so very important messages that have sung to my tune since commencing this awesome event.
1. The proceeds of this event were for 3 awesome National projects.
2. We all have, or know some one who is/or has had someone dear, dealing with Cancer - they are not all local to Pukehina,
cancer isn’t selective, those dealing with Cancer across our beautiful Aotearoa, so know that.
3. Kindness - together with the support from so many, we have made such an amazing contribution to such a great cause.
