Snow still sitting high on the peaks, and a few final days left to enjoy it. ❄️

Queenstown may be well into spring, but the mountains aren’t quite finished yet. Coronet Peak heads into its closing weekend, with the final day on Sunday 4 October, while The Remarkables continues for one more week, closing Sunday 11 October.

There’s something rather special about this time of year - longer spring days below, snow-capped peaks above, and just enough time for a few final laps.

Golden Hour, Golden Week in Queenstown.

The most graceful way to see Queenstown: aboard the Pacific Jemm, with The Remarkables in perfect, unobstructed view and snow still on the peaks. Highly recommended.

Three floors, spacious decks, and a corner of the lake all to ourselves. In Bob’s Cove, the water was so still it felt like the lake was holding its breath.

Winter gave us mulled w**e and cozy layers. Now spring is arriving with sunshine, bubbles and a grazing board of local cheeses and charcuterie. 🥂🧀
