Housekeeping/Receptionist
We have opportunities for housekeeping professionals to be a part of our high performing team. Available position ranges from Housekeeper to double duty role as Housekeeper/Receptionist.
Competitive payrate is offered to the right candidate.
A suitable candidate must be hard-working, reliable, has a great eye-for-detail, and a can-do attitude. Availability to work in weekends is a must. Must be physically fit and has exceptional time management skill. To be resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach. Previous experience as a Housekeeper and Receptionist is an advantage. For the double duty position of Housekeeper & Receptionist, proficiency in English is required. Must already have the right to work in New Zealand.
Below is some of the job responsibilities as a housekeeper:
• cleaning guest rooms
• replacing guest amenities
• cleaning public area
• assisting with stock control
Below is some of the job responsibilities as a receptionist:
• providing customer service to all guests
• processing reservations
• dealing with guests' enquiries and requests, either via email or in person
• carrying out check-in and check-out procedure
