King size beds. The second upstairs bedroom has a Single and King Single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with Dimplex panel heaters and all beds have electric blankets and luxurious duvets and pillows. There is a bath with shower downstairs and a walk-in shower upstairs. The generous living and dining room is heated by a powerful heat pump and a wood burner for cosy year-round warmth. This opens onto the deck looking out over Queenstown Bay to the Botanical Gardens and Kelvin Heights with the Remarkable Mountain Range in the background, down the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu and across to Cecil Peak. A fabulous spot to sit and enjoy the view while taking in Queenstown’s amazing scenery! The open kitchen is fitted out with modern appliances and all the tools and gadgets that you could possibly need to create gourmet meals. The kitchen flows through to a sunny conservatory which has a second heat pump and is an ideal area for children to explore the contents of our two toy boxes or for you to sit and relax. The back garden is partially paved and there is an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. A large garage provides ample storage space for all your sporting equipment and there is enough room to park a medium-sized car. Two more cars can be parked in the driveway. Free wi-fi is provided and we are connected to the high speed fibre network.
