We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Operations Support team member to join our close-knit team in a permanent part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week with potential to become full time).
This is a varied and practical role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping busy and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
About the Role
This position supports the day-to-day operations of the facility and includes:
• Cooking duties – preparing simple, quality meals and covering kitchen operations during rostered days off and leave.
• Room service & cleaning – servicing guest rooms, linen changes, and maintaining presentation standards
• General operations support – assisting with the smooth running of the accommodation facility
• Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Flexibility is essential, with availability to work weekends (Sundays are a must).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A good understanding of food handling and food safety practices
• Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and presentation
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help across multiple areas
• Good communication skills and reliability
