Another busy night in the kitchen for our lovely guests enjoying our 4 course champagne dinner… a wee peek at some of the goodies… a beautiful sharing platter, mozerella balls with tomato fondue, beef with wasabi gnocchi, braised potato, shallots and mushrooms AND our home grown raspberry compote and vanilla panna cotta to finish. Just incredibly delicious and all served “butler style” to your room, crafted by none other than Chef Steve Morris💖

Chef Steve is cooking up a storm for tonight’s lucky guests 💖 a nibbles platter with champagne…..followed by green pea risotto with chicken, parsley oil and rocket…. Divine!! 😍

We’ve had the most lovely people stay with us over the past month 🥰 did we mention dogs are welcome too? With a fur baby and his Mum and Dad about to check in today … it’s luxury for all 💖🐾
