With the Christmas and New Years period right around the corner we want to make sure that you are well prepared 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Here is all the information you need regarding Christmas and New Years rentals!

There is an extended rental period for Christmas and New Years. Any rentals made between the 16th of December and the 5th of January are automatically extended.

The last date for postal orders to be made is the 16th of December. These postal orders will be sent on the 19th of December - ensuring enough time for arrival. The last date to make pick up orders is the 21st of December which will have to be picked up by the evening of the 22nd of December. Postal orders will have to be returned by the 4th or January and drop off orders have to be returned by the 5th of January. We understand that due to the busy time of year there will be delays so we ask you to be punctual with your returns, otherwise a late fee will apply.

Our terms and conditions still do apply so we ask you kindly to please treat our garments with love and care during this exciting time of year! If you have damaged or dirtied a garment quite badly then we please ask you to let us know as soon as possible so we can organise professional help - as it is hard to come by during the Christmas/New Years Period. For further information please see our terms and conditions.

During our “closed” period from the 22nd to the 9th we will still be available to answer any queries you may have through email or direct message. Don’t be afraid to contact us, but please do allow 1-2 days for a response.
