Breakfast is served at whatever time you choose. We offer a choice of rates to include continental only or continental and cooked breakfasts. Continental breakfast: cereals, toast with homemade jams/preserves, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea/coffee, fruit juices. Cooked breakfast: bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, potato, mushrooms. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know in advance as we like to cater for all requirements but need notice to buy special items. Offering plenty of off road parking for trailers, boats etc. Garage parking can be arranged if preferred. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathrobes, tea/coffee making facility, bottled water, walled mounted LCD TV with Sky, wall mounted CD/Radio, hairdryer, local art on walls, thermostatically controlled heaters, double glazed windows. We have been in the accommodation industry in Rotorua for over 7 years and welcome the chance to help you plan the most from your trip. Attractions and restaurant advice freely given and bookings can be made by your hosts on request at no charge. We have 5 Alpacas, Jelly the Jack Russell, Honey the maltese, Angus the goat and Snowy the cat - all guest friendly.
