Sheree and I have been running Twinlake Villa's for the last five years, it has been one of the best moves of our lives, taking our children to Rotorua for a different and rewarding lifestyle, we have met so many amazing people and made so many friends amongst our regular guests.
A family health emergency a few weeks ago left us with a huge dilemma, we needed to be back in Wellington with the boys 94 year old Grandfather and didn't want to let down any of our Guests ....
Enter Nerida ..... if you've met Sheree you would imagine it would be nearly impossible to find someone as enthusiastic and caring.
Well we did, we literally tripped over Nerida in our time of need.
Someone friendly that could deliver the great service our guests were used to and take the responsibility off our Shoulders.
Things might be run a little differently for a while as Nerida brings her own experience running hotels and AirBNB properties in to play, but she also has some "Pet Friendly" properties on her books that I know will be popular, whats better than traveling with your best Mate ?
While we are sad to be gone for now, we look forward to being back one day, meanwhile we are confident that you will be in great hands.
