If you were thinking about going to the Rotorua Lakeside Concert 2017 the venue has changed to the Rotorua Energy Events Centre. It is still free to attend but you need to go and pick up your free ticket from Ticketmaster on Saturday morning from 9.30am :-)

Due to bad weather Lakeside has changed venue and will now be held at the Energy Events Centre!
There are lots of things you need to know, please share this post with your friends and family so that everyone knows what is going on.
General Public

- Only ticket holders will be allowed entry to the Concert.
- Tickets are limited because of the size of the venue. Tickets issued on a “first in first served” basis!
- FREE tickets for the GA area will be available at Ticketmaster on Saturday morning from 9.30am. Note these are limited to 4 per person.
- Reserved seating tickets are still available from Ticketmaster at $38 per person. Those Reserve seating tickets already sold are still valid.
- No need for picnic blankets, chairs, or other seating as everyone will be seated on the bleachers.
- No BYO alcohol – food and beverages can be purchased from the Grand Hall inside the venue. Remember to bring your cash and EFTPOS cards.
- No commercial food to be bought in, you can bring home made food such as sandwiches. Food and beverages can be purchased at the venue, bring along cash and eftpos card.
- Doors will open at 4.30pm
- Pre-show entertainment starts at 5pm
- The main show starts at 7pm
- Parking at the Energy Events Centre is limited
- The fireworks display will not be going ahead


Lakeside Lovers/Sponsors/Corporate Hospitality

- These guests are to bring their VIP Corporate Hospitality Passes and tickets with them as usual.
- A limited amount of parking will be available at EEC car park.
- Guests will be put on coaches to the Sir Howard Morrison Performing Arts Centre between 5pm – 5.30pm where the Corporate Hospitality will be provided (all guests must be wearing their VIP Passes to get on a coach).
- Guests will return on the coaches to EEC between 6.40pm – 7pm in time for the Concert.
- All tickets for seating will be the same as issued. Seating plan remains the same at the Village Green plan.
