Rock Solid Backpackers - The Backpacker Group Located downtown we are the perfect place to relax, unwind and view the indoor climbing wall. BIG & BRIGHT in downtown Rotorua!

Rock Solid Backpackers Rotorua is a newly refurbished and spacious hostel located in downtown Rotorua just a 5 minute walk from the main bus stop

We have facilities not usually found in hostels, such as floor-to-ceiling viewing windows so you can get a bird's-eye view of a 17 meter high rock climbing wall without leaving your lounge sofa and an in-house art cinema! We are also happy to book local tours and attractions for you.

Unlike PlayStation, we have no plans to drop our disc's. Our collection will always be available for you to use 😁🤙

We had Hasting Boys High School stay with us last night and practice their Kapa Haka in our car parks, it sounded great turn up the sound!
