Recent government announcements have had a significant impact on the travel plans of many of our customers.
Our thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected by the impact of COVID-19.
We are closely monitoring the situation around-the-clock, and while these are challenging times for our industry, please know that we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on our customers.
Here is what we are doing to ensure our customer has a health and safety at Apex on Fenton Motel.
β’ Step up heightened personal hygiene requirement in the operation and instruct all staff members to wash and dry hands, take the mask and gloves thoroughly whenever entering or exiting the work facility.
β’ We promises, we will be sterilized after customer check out or used for all of our units, reception and related facilities surface. Hand sanitizer provided for our customer before/after using the shared facilities (like bells in reception or FTPOS machine)
β’ While the risk of contracting Covid-19 in New Zealand currently remains level 2, our staff will be keeping at least 1 meters away from customers.
β’ We are closely following Ministry of Health guidelines to ensure we help keep everyone safe.
