The fifth edition is Abel Tasman Magazine for 2024/2025 is hot off the press!

This magazine will soon be making its way into homes, cafes, pubs, customer waiting areas, airports, motels, hotels and hostels for visitors to enjoy a content-rich selection of the deeper and more personal stories of this wonderful place we call home.

The new edition includes:
🏖️A comprehensive walking guide for the Abel Tasman
🛝Reviews of the best playgrounds in the district
🌅A progress report on the Mārahau Pledge
🌲Fresh stories on hunting & gathering
🐾Off the lease dog walking spots around the place
🍽️ A guide to Nelson eats
🎨A feature on local artist, Mat Tait
🗺️ Plus a bunch of helpful features including packing lists and a map!

The magazine project is inspired by our desire to give people a more inspired and authentic experience with the Abel Tasman from their early research and dreaming through to the experiences we provide on the ground. We're super stoked to announce the third edition of the Abel Tasman Magazine! Yeooooow! 🎉 🥳

Hot off the press, this magazine will soon be making its way onto coffee tables around Aotearoa New Zealand for visitors to enjoy a content-rich selection of the deeper and more personal stories of this place.

To celebrate this milestone, we're offering to post a copy of the magazine to the first 20 people who comment below with a "YES!" and then PM us your postal address. We'll get it out to you this week!

Getting onto a water taxi and into the Abel Tasman is not exactly difficult when you're staying at the Beach Camp. You book your trip, you walk across Franklin Street, check you're getting on the right boat and then BAM, you're on ya way! :-)
