Today, I upgraded our guest Wi-Fi to faster and more reliable hardware. To make it even easier for you to connect, I’ve added a QR code on the wall – just point your phone camera at it, and you’re online in no time, no passwords or hassle!

I’ve also moved our Guest Directory (Compendium) online. No more bulky folders in the rooms – everything you need is now just a QR code scan away. It’s always up to date and accessible on your device. Modern, simple, and convenient!

We’re doing our part for the environment by drying our motel laundry on the clotheslines whenever possible. It’s a bit more effort, but we believe it’s the right thing to do. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the fresh, line-dried scent on our pillowcases and bathroom towels – we hope you can feel and smell the difference too!

Since my first post, we’ve settled into a routine and are absolutely loving the work and the motel life. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting some truly wonderful guests and have received some fantastic reviews on Google and Booking.com.

A big thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to leave a review – we appreciate them all! Every review, not just the 5-star ones, helps us improve, and we’re always striving to do better.
