Christmas & New Year Group Bookings 2026-27 🎄 🎉 🎇

Kia Ora folks

We are now accepting enquiries for group bookings over the Christmas and New Year period.

If you would like to be considered for a group booking, please email us with:
• The number of sites required
• Your preferred arrival and departure dates
• What you will be camping in (tent, caravan, motorhome, etc.)
• Whether you wish to bring any additional vehicle such as a trailer, boat etc.

Please note:
• A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during the Christmas and New Year period.
• Space is especially limited during this time.
• All campers must remain within their allocated site, which is approximately 8m x 5m.
• Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people per site.
• Dogs are welcome; however, our dog rules must be followed at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. These are available on our website.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking, and requests will be assessed based on availability and site suitability.

Groups requiring multiple adjoining sites are encouraged to enquire early, as availability is extremely limited.

Tairua Campground are super proud to get behind Pest Free Tairua by sponsoring their 50th automatically-resetting trap. This was installed on Paku and we’re exciting to see the mission of Pest Free Paku by 2027 come to light.

Massive thanks to all the volunteers behind this, including Steve Denby for all the donated work and materials he provides when labelling traps with the sponsors’ names!
