Our lovely restful middle unit. One bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. Peaceful and quiet with a great view of the mighty Waikato river.

To update progress; Sandy and I are loving the new home, very warm with 140mm thick walls, 50mm poly cladding and an awesome little fireplace. The grass is growing and Flat B rennovation is nearly complete.

The build is progressing well, decided to re-roof the flats as well, tile were leaking and past there use by date. Also added R5.1 ceiling batts, so going to be much warmer.

For all those wondering why the calendar is full, we are extending out off Flat B, pricing is nearly done and we'll decide who will do the build shortly, meanwhile we are preparing the section for the earthworks. Up and running again early next year.

Our front 2 bed unit is a cozy, quiet getaway for the family. 5 minutes from Taupo township and surrounded by walks and activities. Sleeps 4.
