was on hire with during the worst rain to hit our beautiful beach this summer. The whānau braved the weather and hunkered down plus made the most of their holiday. Pāpāmoa experienced the weather but pulled through. Our aroha goes out to everyone affected by the tragedy at Mount Maunganui Holiday Park this week.

Massive thanks to Mark Harman @ Harman Automotive who just saved our mini getaway. The smell of burning rubber hit us as we were driving down the TEL… luckily the new Pāpāmoa East exit was open! Smoke was coming out of the bearings…. A master cylinder had seized up. We quietly made it to Harman by 4:40 pm-ish, off to grab a part in one of their spare cars and he had it all sorted so that we were on the road before 5:30 pm! Thank you 🙏
