Successful story over the past 4 years signed up 4 properties in Papamoa East got photos done went live in 2 to 3 days, once live within 5 to 10 mins all properties had 5 to 10 bookings across a few months. That same in Rotorua with a bit of advertising on facebook and Instagram marketing helped and getting guests coming from places like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and others and within that 4 years they have repeatedly stays, this is the greatest time to advertise your property,
We offer Co -host rolls which we can see the calendar and clean the property and laundry washing, for a reasonable fee either
- co - host via airbnb platform or other platform of 15% + $45 +gst for laundry Service.
Or we offer full Management fee of $300 + gst (6 booking or more in every calendar month) ie less than 6 bookings it be less accordingly. Plus cleaning fee and laundry fee on top.
The full Management fee covers as follows,
- vetting guests, and reviews,
- organize tradesmen if we cant fix it or repair it ourselves to save you money,
- manage booking enquiries, that you as a owner is comfortable with, if not comfortable then the guests will be notified in reasonable way. Ie past bad reviews, or damage to the property etc.
We do it all to allow the owners to enjoy their getaway and know that the property is been managed greatly.
We also offer a 24/7 enquiries and emergency calls and service, to a reasonable ability.
