What if you could feel this good in your body too?

Strong. Energised. Connected.
Not through doing more — but through doing what actually works for you.

At Master Life, I bring together body, movement, nutrition, mindset and nervous-system wellbeing — with a little nature and a lot of real life woven in.

Massage, coaching, Psych-K, movement, nourishing food, nature immersion… and soon, the opportunity to step away from everyday life and experience it all more deeply.

Smart, not hard.
Root cause, not quick fixes.
Feel good. Live fully.

If something here speaks to you, send me a message.

🧅 Creamy Hummus with Caramelised Onions
Hummus
1 can (400 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
â…“ cup tahini
ÂĽ cup fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
2–3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp sea salt
3–5 tbsp ice-cold water
Optional: ½ tsp smoked paprika
Caramelised onions
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp maple syrup or coconut sugar — optional
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Make it
1. Caramelise the onions first.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low–medium heat. Add onions and salt and cook slowly for 25–35 minutes, stirring regularly, until deeply golden and soft. Add a splash of water if they start catching.
Stir in the balsamic and optional maple syrup for the last 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Make the hummus silky.
Blend tahini and lemon juice for about 1 minute first. Add chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend, gradually adding the ice-cold water, until exceptionally smooth and creamy.
Tip: Don't be shy with the blending — 3–4 minutes in a good food processor makes a huge difference.

A text i sent today -

Thank you for reaching out, and for caring so deeply about your friend. It really touches me that you’re looking for ways to support her and help her find some light in what sounds like a very difficult time.

I’m always happy to support people who are ready to find a different way forward — to learn how to live from a place of greater peace, self-awareness and empowerment, rather than being continually caught in fear and looking outside themselves for someone else to make everything okay.

I’ve come to realise that my work is really about awakening people to their own ability to heal, grow and create change. I work best with people who are ready to participate in that process, rather than feeling that someone else needs to fix them.

At the moment I offer day experiences rather than residential stays, and I also have social workers bringing people to me who feel they need something beyond talk therapy.

But if you feel that bringing your friend here for a little while — to sit quietly with the cows, breathe, be surrounded by nature and simply have a safe, peaceful space to be — might help her, I would be absolutely delighted to welcome you both. ❤️

I would gently guide the experience, but there doesn’t need to be any pressure to talk or explain anything. Sometimes just being somewhere peaceful, feeling accepted and connecting with something gentle and present can be the beginning of a little shift.

I’d love to help if I can. ❤️
