Housekeeper for residential boarding house includes light admin work.
10 - 15 hours per week - start after 9am finish before 3pm.
Autonomous role - you need to be happy working on your own and can be self motivated and use your initiative.
Cleaning of communal kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Must be physically fit and healthy - capable of using a backpack vacuum cleaner and moving beds. Property has 2 floors so must be ok with stairs.
Must be reliable, have great attention to detail and be able to work with little supervision but to a high standard and speed when required.
Other duties include but not limited to - changing light bulbs, laundry, meeting prospects and checking in tenants, health and safety and record keeping.
About you:
You will be a Great communicator, fit and healthy, Happy to talk to the tenants as you clean, Reliable, Good attention to detail, Tidy presentation, Friendly professional manner, Previous experience preferred, English does not need to be 1st language.
NZ Residency or valid NZ work Visa, be able to start immediately or very soon.

Our housekeeper is a valued member of our small team. After nearly 3 years we are sorry to lose our previous housekeeper due to health issues.
