Parklands Motor Lodge is located on State Highway 1, and is the second motel when traveling into Timaru from the north, just past KFC and McDonalds. It is adjacent to the picturesque Ashbury Park, which borders the sea and Caroline Bay picnic and amusement area. Parklands Motor Lodge offers 14 ground floor apartments, which are modern, fully self-contained and specious in a park-like setting. Just

a short stroll from Parklands Motor Lodge will lead guests to number of restaurants and shopping malls. Timaru District sits at the doorstep of many inland lakes where sailing, water skiing, boating, windsurfing and fishing are popular summer pastimes and there's something to interest the whole family in this District.
