Mid Year Update!
Winter is Crisp, White Mornings with Sunny Days are the Best days of Winter in the South Waikato.

Jacinta and Mike are the perfect hosts - they are very kind, helpful, generous and you instantly feel like being home. We loved our stay so much, that we spontaneoslay stayed two days longer. They gave us so many good recommendations to explore the area. if you want to explore the area around Rotorua - this is a good place to stay. You can go from here also to Waitomo an d Lake Taupo and there are nice walks to discover. Breakfast is incredible, make sure to bring some time to enjoy it - Jacinta offers three different kinds and it is hard to pick a favourite, they are alle so good. We also loved our room, it was superclean, modern and comfortable and quiet, perfect place to relax. To put it in a nutshell, this was one of my favourites stay and it was really hard to leave - I strongly recommend it!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Jacinta and Mike certainly have a fabulous BnB! They are friendly and have designed their brand new house around their guests. There is a separate guest wing to the house with the central lounge and dining area between the guest and owners rooms. The bedrooms are more than 5 star, with beautiful fresh linen, and fully tiled ensuite bathrooms with a range of unique soaps and shampoos. The king size bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. With the addition of a continental breakfast and homemade bread a menu of cooked options was on offer. We had the pancakes with cooked banana. The location has been cleverly designed to be quiet even though it is near to the main state highway. Guests will not be disappointed. We hope to return soon.

A lovely warm place to relax. Awesome price! Amazing breakfast! Felt very comfortable with king size beds and ensuite with every room Huge open space for the kids to play.located close to Tokoroa with a great country views. Highly recommended!
