Located in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand the lake is only a small part of the Central Plateau. This plateau also contains three large mountains boasting three u

nique skifields. Just two kilometres from our Holiday Park is the well known Tongariro river, where many very large brown and rainbow trout have been outwitted. Turangi is the gateway to the Tongariro National Park, the famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing and the Kaimanawa Ranges - We make a great base for the Tongariro Alpine crossing - transport is available right from our front door. Turangi is the place to be all year round, skiing in the winter, boating and swimming in the summer, and of course fishing all year round. Large groups are not a problem, and we are an ideal school camp for anytime of the year. We have space for everyone..............
