The Herringbone Cottage is a light and sunny 2 bedroom self contained cottage. It is set in the middle of a peaceful farm yard at Greenfields Equestrian Centre in beautiful Whitemans Valley. The cottage is a characterful conversion of an original herringbone milking shed with uninterrupted views of paddocks, horses grazing and hills. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2-4 children but
is most suited to a
couple and two children. There is a Queen-size bed in the mezzanine level bedroom (up 3 steps) a separate children's bedroom providing 2 single beds, with additional trundler beds underneath (4 single beds in total) and a Queen-size sofa/bed in the living area. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge,
freezer, washing machine, cutlery and cooking utensils, dinner set of plates,
kitchen crockery, bowls, pots and pans, electric frying pan, toaster and electric
jug. The living area is open plan, separate from the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a
good sized kitchen that has plenty of storage and bench space including an island. Beside the kitchen island is a dining table that extends to seat 6, the lounge area has a 3 seat sofa that also folds out to a queen-size bed if required. There is a 42" flat screen TV, radio/stereo, Blu-Ray/DVD player and freestanding wood fire. The cottage is double glazed for warmth, we welcome couples and families and pet dogs by prior arrangement. Horses can also be accommodated in safe paddocks directly beside the cottage. There is room for float and truck parking in a secure yard.
