Over six years ago, we began an exciting new chapter when we became the owners of Orokawa Bay Retreat. 🌊

Since then, we’ve loved creating a place where guests can truly relax, reconnect with nature, and experience this incredible part of the coast. One of the best parts has been welcoming people from all around the world, sharing our favourite local walks, hidden gems, and adventures, and introducing them to our wonderful community. We love helping our guests discover why we find this place so special.

One of the things we love most is exploring New Zealand ourselves. That's why we encourage our guests to get out and explore this beautiful part of New Zealand too—and one of our absolute favourite experiences is the Hauraki Rail Trail. 🚴
