Are You Supporting Someone Living with MS?
You’re not alone — even if it feels like it.
Caring for or supporting a loved one with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can be overwhelming, confusing, and at times emotionally exhausting. While much of the focus is rightly on those living with MS, the people around them often struggle in silence — unsure who to talk to, where to turn, or how to process what they’re experiencing.
This group is for you.
We are creating a supportive, understanding space for individuals who have a relative or loved one living with MS. This is not a group for those diagnosed with MS, but for the people navigating life alongside them.
What this group offers:
A safe, judgment-free space to talk openly and have a cup of tea.
Support from others who truly understand your situation.
An outlet for frustration, thoughts, and emotions.
Shared experiences, coping strategies, and understanding.
A chance to feel heard — without needing to “hold it together”.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, frustrated, or simply need someone to talk to — this group is here for you.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
