The cat’s out of the bag. We’re proud to introduce Middlehurst Station’s Executive Chef and Brand Ambassador, Samson Stewart.

With over 20 years in the kitchen, and formerly of 5th Street Christchurch, Samson brings a thoughtful, ingredient-led approach to our table, working closely with what we produce here on the land.

Looking ahead, our guests and subscribers can expect to see exclusive curated dining events, evolving seasonal menus, new products at , cooking demonstrations, and a more immersive food journey. Watch this space!
