The Snow Farm is quickly becoming one of the iconic winter destinations to visit, not only can you have an amazing experience staying on top of a mountain in the winter but you can also enjoy a huge range of acitvities onsite! Ski from the back door and experience the New Zealand's premier cross country resort, saddle up some husky's and head out for a tour with the Husky sled dog tours, jump on a

snowmobile and experience a unique tour around the Pisa trails, strap on some snow shoes and head out for a snow shoe trek along the trails, take the kids sledding on a tube outside the front of the lodge or just build a snow man! Lots of exciting adventures to be had all from the front door of the Snow Farm Lodge! Stay the night at our mountain lodge and enjoy the freshly groomed first tracks the next morning! Get your skiing in before the crowds arrive and the temperature heats up! We're open for the entire winter season from late June until late September and are also open for bookings during the summer months. The Snow Farm Lodge is the perfect cross country skiing base, wedding venue, conference centre, altitude training base or as a film location! Today we had our first on snow biathlon time trial of the season. We remembered it is a hard sport, although beautiful in its simplicity: ski fast and shoot straight. We're still looking for that perfect combination! Training on in New Zealand.... Snow Farm Lodge
