A burger triumph. 🍔📚

We’re pretty chuffed with this review by Lucy Cooper at the Wairarapa Times-Age of our Wellington On a Plate 'Talk Birdy To Me' burger.

Described as “a satisfying and moreish balance of flavours and textures”, there was plenty of love for the roast chicken gravy-soaked chips, sourdough stuffing and, of course, that crispy chicken skin cracker — “the pork crackling of the poultry-verse." 👏

The verdict? Talk Birdy To Me is a burger triumph.

We have just had confirmation from our fireworks technician, the wind conditions have dropped and we are thrilled to announce it is safe for the fireworks to go ahead tonight 🙌🏻
