THE DAMAGE being inflicted by our new Government!!!!
The recent changes to Disability Funding is causing undue stress and anxiety amongst the families of the disabled.. especially us older Carers and now they put a "suspension" on intake by Care Facilities putting more families at risk.

Opinion - After reading phase one of the Independent Review of Disability Support report and watching Minister Upston's announcement, I spent the night dreaming about the minister. Then I woke up to reality, Juliana Carvalho writes.

We need these here in NZ!!
Travelling on our motorways, it's sad to see so many animals killed and left lying on the road to be run over continuously.
Australia’s first wildlife land bridge then & now. The twin arch structure at Yelgun was installed during an upgrade of the Pacific Highway in north east NSW in 2002. A second land bridge was built during the same project 10 km to the north at Sleepy Hollow. Ecologists and other researchers monitored the bridges & recorded a host of species including rodents, snakes, lizards, wallabies, spotted-tail quoll, koala & even sugar gliders once the vegetation developed. Land bridges are the gold standard for providing wildlife habitat connectivity across road corridors.
