Please make a submission on the fast-track consenting bill. This is THE most important piece of legislation to submit on in the last quarter century. It erodes democracy by denying public input into large and destructive schemes such as the proposed Oceana goldmine in the Coromandel, or overturning the supreme court ruling on seabed mining. Three ministers will be able to allow these destructive schemes with no oversight.
