Last night got extremely lucky and was shown how to write in Chinese. Now the man can write 'Spring' in another language ✌️

Obviously a big thank you to his teacher, without whom Owain would be a lost soul... And stuck in winter 😂

This well-spoken English gentleman certainly makes good use of his time! Here he is learning how to start the next Google while cooking a delicious meal. Chris recently arrived from the UK, is a tech consultant and is looking forward to making Wellington his new home, welcome! 🚀🚀

Introduing Berto! 🚀🚀

This smooth-talking, slick-looking Italian diplomat is really looking forward to his big moment of meeting Jacinda in October. 💘💘

He clearly enjoys our locally made ice-cream (see pic) but complains loudly about our standard of coffee. "Nowhere makes better expresso than we do in Naples" - claiming it's due to the incredible properties of Naples' water. However, when pressed about the fact he later said "it's odd because Naples' water is actually quite polluted".

Anyway he's certainly a proud Italian and we're stoked to have him staying, welcome!! 🤗🤗

We're super excited to introduce a new OneStay team member, Owain! 🚀

Owain is a great kiwi bloke. He has a solid skill set encompassing great chat and, as you can see, dance moves. 🕺

After deciding that corporate life wasn't quite for him, Owain decided it was time to work towards solving real world issues, so naturally jumping into start up land seemed like a good fit.

Now, as the OneStay Community Catalyst, Owain will be focused on making sure each and every one of you have a wicked time when you stay at OneStay.

Introducing this character - Ossie!

Ossie is a creative by trade and by nature. He has many fingers in many pies (usually from Uber Eats), with his latest venture being a company called Choice! 🚀

Choice is a platform that allows you to donate money to a charity of your choice every time you make a payment. Rather than having to pay ridiculous credit card fees, Choice donates this to social organisations. Pretty cool stuff! 😊

Ossie also has a broken leg, why? Because one day he decided it would be a great idea to buy a skateboard. Now his leg is broken.

Ossie and the OneStay team go waaaay back too, and Ossie actually designed our logo. He's not just a pretty face. 😛

Introducing another regular OneStay guest - Lara! 🙋

Lara is a smart cookie from Auckland. In the coming months she will be making her way to St Andrews, a University in Scotland, to pursue her studies further.

So, why is Lara down in Wellington regularly? Well, Lara has a champion crossfitting BF - Liam - who now resides down in Wellington. Naturally he wasn't able to make the photoshoot because he was at the gym lifting heavy af weights 💪

Introducing this beast of a human - Marco! 💪

Marco is a professional rugby coach from Italy, and has been in NZ learning some extra tricks from the Crusaders and Hurricanes.

Marco also played 120 tests for Italy (39 as captain) and was the first ever Italian to captain an English premiership side. Wow! 💯💯

Was an absolute pleasure hosting you Marco and we hope to see you again soon 😃

Over the weekend the OneStay fam took a wee trip to Burger Liquor as a last supper kind of thing 😎

Why? Because Jennah has just started her outward bound experience and we wanted to make sure she has some quality food before she is required to run a marathon before breakfast 😂
