Enjoy quality linen and treat yourself to the luxurious toiletries also supplied. The studio also has its own easy walk on access and plenty of free parking on the street. Located in the dress circle of Strathmore Park, Studio 51 is only 15 minutes drive into Wellington CBD, 5 minutes to Weta Studios, and 2 minutes to Wellington airport, Miramar Links golf course and Seatoun beach. Whether you are looking for somewhere to overnight before getting on an early flight the next morning, short term accommodation or somewhere to treat yourself for that special occasion, then Studio 51 provides a great alternative to a city hotel. Your hosts, Geoff and Geraldine Hulls, will ensure an enjoyable stay and it would be their pleasure to welcome you to this hidden gem. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off is available by arrangement. The price is $120 per night or for short term accommodation (four weeks or more) the rent is $420 per week which includes a weekly clean. Meals are excluded from these rates. Our studio has recently become available. The self-contained accommodation is fully furnished, including towels, linen, crockery and cutlery etc. Has an open plan bedroom / living area, well-appointed ensuite bathroom with laundry facilities and a kitchenette with jug, toaster, microwave and fridge. French doors open out to a sheltered, private deck area with your own outdoor table and chairs. The studio also has its own separate, easy walk on access, keyless entry (Digi-lock with pin) and plenty of free parking on the street.
Please note, it doesn’t have full kitchen facilities, more of a hotel room type accommodation, so would suit someone who eats out a lot or has meal making facilities elsewhere. Ideally it would appeal to someone who needs a crash pad to work in Wellington during the week and possibly lives outside of Wellington at other times. Or perhaps a family member you have coming to stay in Wellington for a few weeks, and they want to stay somewhere close by you.
