We are looking for receptionist and cleaner join our team, start with part-time, can offer full time for right person.
Requirement:
- Require 1 years experience for motel staff with housekeeping and dreceptionist experience at Hotel or Motel
- Willing work on weekend or public holiday
KEY DUTIES are Multiple Task:
ROOM ATTENDENT:
Clean, and check guest rooms to the highest standard
Make the perfect bed – the soul of the room, and ensure that all around it creates the picture-perfect setting to welcome and accommodate our guests
Replace towels, linen and guest amenities according to room type requirements
Check room equipment and report any faults
Maintain guest room security
Ensure all floor levels are maintained with sufficient stock
Maintain cleanliness of pantry and linen areas
Complete traces for the day
Daily laundry work for our bedding and towel
RECEPTIONIST:
Welcome guests and complete Check-in and Check-out procedures
Manage guest requests, inquiries and complaints
Maintainence for any motel't facility
Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs
sending invoice
