Breakfast here works a bit differently. There’s no buffet downstairs. Instead, we’ve teamed up with Local Cafe on Lambton Quay, about a minute’s walk from our Lambton Quay access, and it’s covered, so the weather doesn’t get a say.

Add a breakfast voucher to your booking, or buy at reception any time during your stay. Each voucher includes one cooked breakfast and one barista-made coffee of your choice.

You eat when it suits you, the coffee’s properly good, and you’re already out on Lambton Quay by the time you’ve finished. It’s a pretty easy way to start a Wellington day.
