The steel resolve of The H.T.C. has never been stronger. We’ve weathered another storm. The French have gone on strike & the baguettes have been packed away, the winds have eased, and once again we’ve emerged salty, smiling, and slightly overconfident.

Now it’s pura vida time. We warmly welcome Costa Rica as our next host nation. So wax up the boards, dust off the passports, and prepare for an entirely reasonable amount of tropical optimism.

As always, the High Tide Club remains committed to its founding principles: community, resilience, and standing together through hell or high water.

Are we ready! Yes we are. The bar is open all hours. The structural integrity team had a precautionary fettle this afternoon. We are as prepared as we could be. High tide puku pie at the high tide tomorrow at 11:20 be the go.

Mexico was a brilliant host nation but sadly didn’t survive the storm… and in a dramatic turn of events, the HTC Host Nation has officially changed hands 🇲🇽➡️🇫🇷

Following a highly questionable but entirely decisive process France has assumed control of the High Tide Club shoreline.

Immediate policy changes include:

* Champagne replaced tequila at 3pm today
* Beach attire upgraded to “effortlessly dishevelled”.
* A pétanque court has been approved, despite no one knowing the rules
* Shrugging now replaces all conflict resolution

The HTC remains open to all members (everyone).
