Looking for something to do this holiday Monday afternoon? We are hosting a very simple Open House of The Waterfall at Cooks Beach for residents and visitors of Cooks Beach, Whitianga, Hahei and surrounding towns while its quiet and the land is getting ready to rest for the Winter. It will be mucky and over grown now but I promise you will love it if you would like to come see The Waterfall. If thy rain holds off, feel free to bring chairs, hot beverages and relax in the fresh air and running water this afternoon. Details below. You will be greeted at the gate of 853 Purangi Road where the green mail box is. If driving, best to park on Rees by the Community Hall and walk across. If you miss today, there will be more Open House's during the winter, hopefully on sunnier days.

Only a few weeks in since our "soft opening" and the response has been tremendous. 🏞️🙏💖 Tourists, locals, camping enthusiasts, massage therapists, yoga instructors, wedding planners, engaged couples, photographers and recreational groups have all checked-in, reached out or just liked our posts and started following us so we want to thank you for the incredible support! 🙏 💖 And while the heavy rain kept everyone away over the past two days, The Waterfall at Cooks Beach responded robustly to the extra rain.
