We offer

dscaping with many types of hibiscus, haliconia, Boganvilla, orchids and ginger with several types of decorative palm (red palm, Manila palm and fox tail palm) as well as coconut palms. The back portion is a finca producing bananas, yuca, dachine, lime, cacao, pineapple, coconut, guava, mango, breadfruit, soursap and orange. There are at least three different types of Tucans as well as Aracari. Every color combination of Tanager you can imagine. Oripendala (yellow tail feathers). Doves, hawks and red headed woodpeckers. Also Kiskadee, Hummingbirds and owls, amazon parrots and parakeets. Butterflies, Great White Egrets and vultures. Pelicans and dolphins. armadillos, monkeys and three toed sloths. The elevation of the main house is approximately 125 feet above sea level. Six major Bocas islands, as well as the mainland, can be seen from the deck. Bahia Tucan has only a few shallow spots with mangrove islands and is capable of anchoring large sailboats.

***The Serendipity Studio rental is a cozy one room studio with a queen sized bed, closet, kitchen, propane stove, full fridge and separate bathroom, with a beautiful front porch and a covered outside space as well. Nightly/weekly/monthly pricing available.

*You will have full access to Wi-Fi, fishing poles, kayaks, fitness room and off the dock swimming at anytime.

*We have a massage therapist on site for separate fee.

*There are two restaurants 10 minutes away.

*Local reef snorkeling trips.

*Our boat Chauffeured- cost of gas used on trip +$5 per adult and $10 tip to driver.

*Water taxis available at their own pricing
($80-100 round trip at the moment )

A question we always get is “how young were your kids, what gave you the courage to leave?”🤔

Well.. I had traveled around Costa Rica and panama a bit before I was even 20 and instantly connected to the land, the vibrations, the magic in the people and atmosphere. I was hooked for life. I told Chris playfully when we first met, not to get attached unless you’re willing to leave the states and this lifestyle behind 😉

Covid was a huge wake up call… we thrived on our family together time. While we absolutely loved our hard earned, lucrative careers, but we were spending too much time apart. Something had to change. 💡

The real estate market went bonkers in Florida , so we sold everything and took off. 🪧 ✈️ 🏝️

We were sitting around in April looking at dream properties… in July we moved to panama full time!

Yes that’s right! In just THREE months:
we sold our house, cars, the things, purchased a property and jumped!! Kids, dog, shipped a bunch of crap… and set off on a journey to grow together as a family full time. No mundane distractions 🤯

When we took off our kids were 2 & 6 ! This year will be 7 &11 😳
