🌿☕️ Hello friends… we know it’s been a little quiet around here.
The last weeks at Eco Horqueta have been beautifully intense , we’ve been fully immersed in the harvest season while welcoming guests from all over the world 🌎💛
We also had the joy of hosting a special retreat with days filled with nature, connection, movement, and coffee culture in the mountains.
In these photos you’re seeing what our days look like right now:

🌱 our family carefully hand-sorting every batch
🏔️ the slow mountain process that turns fruit into specialty coffee
🍽️ and the warm table where we share meals and stories with our visitors
And the work doesn’t stop here…
➡️ The next step is cleanup and classification, where each bean is cleaned, sorted, and prepared with care before it continues its journey.
This is organic coffee farming: slow, manual, intentional — and made with love from seed to cup.
