🐢🌊 ESTA MADRUGADA RECIBIMOS UNA VISITA MUY ESPECIAL
Una tortuga marina llegó hasta nuestra playa. Un encuentro que nos recuerda la importancia de respetar y proteger la vida que nos rodea.
Si ves una tortuga:
• Mantén una distancia mínima de 10 metros.
• Ubícate detrás de ella, fuera de su campo visual y, de ser posible, en contra del viento.
• Apaga las luces.
• Evita ruidos y música. Habla en voz baja o mantén silencio.
• Toma fotos sin flash.
• Avisa de inmediato al equipo de patrullaje para que pueda darle el seguimiento adecuado.
• Cuando termine de desovar y regrese al mar, marca el lugar del nido y registra la fecha y hora.
• Puedes acompañar su regreso al mar manteniendo una distancia prudente y sin obstaculizar su camino.
Cuidar y respetar la naturaleza también es parte de vivir Caracol. 💙🐢

🐢🌊 EARLY THIS MORNING, WE HAD A VERY SPECIAL VISITOR
A sea turtle made her way onto our beach—a special encounter that reminds us of the importance of respecting and protecting the wildlife around us.
If you see a sea turtle:
• Keep at least 10 meters (33 feet) away.
• Stay behind her, out of her line of sight and, whenever possible, upwind.
• Turn off the lights.
• Avoid noise and music. Speak softly or remain silent.
• Take photos without flash.
• Notify the patrol team immediately so they can provide proper follow-up.
• Once she has finished nesting and begins returning to the ocean, mark the nest location and record the date and time.
• You may watch her return to the ocean from a safe distance without blocking her path.
